At Paladiya Brothers, we understand this and are always working to make sure our manufacturing processes work just as required. Business Ethics We do not believe in just earning profit from each diamond- we ensure all parts of our business conduct their day-to-day functioning based on universally-accepted ethics. This means we do not source diamonds which have been mined using child labour, we employ people according to the law of the land and conduct business as per the norms set forth by the government.
No matter what the situation is, we ensure to deal in only those diamonds that are mined and natural. We will never adulterate our finished cut diamonds with anything, even if this means having negative consequences on the financial health of the company.

Paladiya Brothers understands how important it is for children to study rather than work in informal jobs to eke out a living. We have a policy of hiring only those above the age of 18 and we will keep it so. We will do everything necessary to ensure our organization’s employees and others related to it are 18 years or older. Responsibility against child labour
